Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in Webster, Texas. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid professional licensure in good standing; ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory requirements; experience with developing treatment plans and documentation in accordance with guidelines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings with diverse patient populations is advantageous.
• Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, complete accurate medical records, and participate in professional development activities. The role includes supervision of student programs and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The position adheres to safety protocols, including safe patient and materials handling, infection control, and slip/trip prevention.
