to join our Internal Medicine clinic team in

Avon, Colorado

What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care team, supporting providers and patients from newborns to seniors. You’ll work independently, compassionately, and professionally to deliver top-tier care in a setting that feels more like a mountain retreat than a clinic. Your Impact Includes: Taking vitals and documenting patient history Assisting with exams and minor procedures Performing venipunctures, injections, and IV therapy Monitoring patient conditions and communicating updates Managing patient communications and flow Keeping exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready Upholding HIPAA, OSHA, and Vail Health’s values What You Bring 2+ years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience preferred Skilled in venipuncture, injections, and IV therapy Certified as a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, RN, or similar BLS certification required Tech-savvy with EHR systems and basic computer skills Compensation Snapshot CNA or EMT $22.00 – $28.39 Certified MA $23.20 – $31.00 LPN, RN, Paramedic $25.47 – $35.98 Epic Benefits Housing & Relocation Assistance 4 Weeks Paid Parental Leave Childcare Reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Tuition Assistance & Loan Repayment Annual Education Fund & Certification Reimbursement Up to 5 Weeks PTO in Year One 403(b) Retirement Plan with Immediate Match Pet Insurance $1,000 Annual Wellness Reimbursement Recreation & Wellness Discounts Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
