Position Type: Contract (13 week Contract) Onsite Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (05:00 - 13:00)Required:Schedule - 5x8 days, 5am or 10:45am start timeThis is a fast paced, high volume position.High volume meal ticket reconciliation and Tube Feeding Verification.Prioritizing candidates with more direct dietary aide experience, such as understanding and implementing therapeutic diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac, or texture-modified diets), and ensuring proper nutritional compliance, with collaboration with dietitians.1-2 years dietary experienceCalifornia Food Handlers CertificationSkills:Basic computer operations skillsBasic clerical skillsEHR - understanding of the systemResponsibilities:Receives and processes all patient diet orders.Prepares and posts meal counts.Supervises the weighing and measuring of proper amounts of specific foods, and the apportioning of foods on tray line.May occasionally substitutes foods on the menu when supply is depleted.Get in Touch: We want to hear from you!
