Performance Reporting, Associate - Blackstone Credit & Insurance

Responsibilities Calculating performance returns and benchmarks for BXC private, infrastructure and asset based, and liquid credit mandates. Reconciling return data to external administrator and disseminating results to senior level Blackstone executives. Assisting marketing in aggregating data for due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) or request for proposals (RFP) to support fundraising for new products. Assisting with ad hoc projects and system implementation as necessary. Compiling and reviewing content for quarterly/monthly client and external marketing efforts, including flash reports, portfolio quarterly reports, investor letters, and related correspondence. Calculating customized benchmark returns across fund segments to compare BXC return metrics to comparable indexes. Leading the implementation of proprietary software used to generate fund summary performance metrics across the BXCI Alternatives platform to provide real‑time performance metrics to senior executives. Presenting quarterly returns and mandate overviews to senior BXC investment team professionals. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Operations, or Finance. Advanced Excel and modeling skills required. Financial modeling or GIPS performance reporting experience preferred (e.g., IRR, MOIC). Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industries preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive, results‑oriented work ethic. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment as an independent self‑starter. Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $150,000.
