What You'll Do Lead business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Service, Production, Order-to-Cash. Serve as the North American SAP business owner of enterprise systems and guide improvements. Build scalable analytics, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards that drive decision-making. Champion AI and automation initiatives that improve productivity and business performance. Establish process governance and standardization across key operational functions. Partner with global technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Lead organizational change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Build, coach, and grow a high-performing Business Systems & Analytics team. What You'll Bring Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Info Systems, or related field. 6-8+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in SAP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms. Experience improving end-to-end operational processes within a manufacturing/industrial setting. Proven success leading cross-functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders. Experience developing analytics strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
