Military Part Family Lead (Onsite)

What You Will Do Oversee technical aspects of repair development for a set of hardware, integrating with CIPT, CAIPT/LIPT, MCS, LPM, and others. Assure overall system integration of repair designs. Coordinate source qualification activities. Promote RDE proficiency development through formal and informal mentoring. Support customers in resolving field supportability issues. Qualifications U.S. citizenship required. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math with 8+ years of experience in gas turbine engine design, development, or MRO; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience. Preference for Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering. Proficiency Level 3 in a related technical discipline. Experience in team leadership and formal customer communications. Structural analysis experience or knowledge of P&W ClassII EC process, Teamcenter, or EKS. Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, blending, plating, plasma spray, shot peening, and coating removal. Travel – approximately 10%. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 107,500USD – 204,500USD (projected for experience level).
