Job Summary and Qualifications

The Behavioral Health Quality Coordinator participates in performance program evaluation, with oversight including Infection Prevention. The Quality Coordinator monitors and analyzes improvement project needs, issues, problems that could impact success.

The Quality Coordinator acts as the organizational expert in team efficiency, problem identification, problem solving, improvement measurement and tracking.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, required. Master's degree preferred.
• Licensure: Licensure or certification in field required
• Certification: CPR, facility approved de-escalation training within 30 days of hire
• Experience: Working knowledge of collection of healthcare data and performance improvement tools and methodology. Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral health quality measures and patient safety
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of health care clinical experience, required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality management, required
