Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active NC PTA license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and therapy modalities preferred. Ability to follow care plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: Altered schedule — Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.
