Now hiring experienced Aviation Bench Technicians for a full-time opportunity in Miami, FL. This position offers stable weekday hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation maintenance and repair environment. Qualified candidates can interview and start quickly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, testing, repair, and overhaul of aviation hydraulic and pneumatic components and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical aircraft components to identify and correct defects
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
• Complete accurate repair records and work orders in accordance with quality standards
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) experience or related aviation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and bench repair skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals
• Experience using precision measuring tools and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
