Call Center Representative

To support key business operations, the remote temporary Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, provide account assistance, and ensure a positive caller experience while adhering to productivity expectations. Key responsibilities Deliver professional support to callers by responding to questions and providing account-related assistance Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while meeting productivity expectations and maintaining schedule adherence Guide callers to appropriate resources and facilitate seamless transfers for specialized assistance Required qualifications Previous experience in a call center, customer contact, or high-volume customer service environment Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling escalated conversations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with customer relationship management systems Ability to multitask across multiple screens and applications while maintaining accuracy Prior remote work experience and a consistent employment history are strongly preferred
