DENTAL ASSISTANT — Full Time

Cambridge Square Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone responsible, organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated, friendly, and a strong team player. Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, grow professionally, take on greater responsibility, and make a difference as part of our practice.

No experience? No problem. We will train and personally mentor the right individual who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.

A radiology license is not required at the time of hiring but will be required for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor and hygienist during procedures
• Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms
• Perform digital scans and take X-rays (if licensed)
• Sterilization and infection control
• Communicate with patients and help with treatment explanations
• Support front-desk workflow when needed
