Assistant Director of Nursing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing center, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards and regulations

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and quality outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff development and engagement

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in nursing or related field; bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings a plus

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

• $75000 - $85000 Annual salary
