Phlebotomist PRN

Labcorp seeks a PRN phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center in Asheville, NC. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing customer service on an as-needed schedule Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
- Provide customer service and complete administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Comfortable working independently or in team settings
