Insurance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Marketing Specialist to support our commercial insurance team by marketing accounts to insurance carriers and helping producers deliver competitive coverage solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in the agency's growth by building strong carrier relationships and helping secure the best coverage and pricing options available.

Responsibilities

• Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to carrier partners
• Prepare submission applications, loss summaries, and supporting documentation
• Obtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and review pricing options
• Work closely with producers and account managers to develop coverage strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance company underwriters and carrier representatives
• Compare quotes and assist in presenting coverage options to clients
• Track submissions, renewals, and carrier responses to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records within the agency management system

Qualifications

• Previous commercial insurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier markets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plus
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
