Job Description

The Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level and will be a key part of the operations support group. Periodic reporting on operations and finance will also be a major role. Examples of period reports include Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, weekly & monthly financial & operational reporting, monthly P&L reporting and analysis, pricing analytics, market share reporting, etc.


The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

• Collecting data from, communicating with, and reporting to employees of the organization across all levels, including C-Suite.
• Make recommendations and improve systems and reports.
• Design new projects/programs by analyzing current practices and requirements.
• Prepare workpapers and summarize findings with presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and reports by tying out data.

• 2 to 4 years of related work experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures

• This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
• Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
