You'll enjoy competitive on-target earnings exceeding $200,000K+ including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, health benefits, and paid time off. $200,000+ OTE

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives to expand our market presence and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative strategies that enhance agent performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent, ensuring alignment with our company's values and goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Facilitate regular training and development sessions to empower agents with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
