Physical Therapist I - Full Time - Varied Shifts - 8hr FPH

Job Summary Physical Therapists provide high quality, comprehensive and patient-centered Physical Therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Responsibilities Patient evaluation and assessment Development and administration of a treatment plan Documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources Handling and administration of medications according to legal guidelines Clinical guidance to licensed and non-licensed personnel Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement : Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program required. Minimum Experience Requirement : Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement : California licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure as a PT by the Physical Therapy Board of the California State Board of Health Professions. BLS required. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH. Annual 4 hours of Orthopedic Education required.
