Job Description:

Artistry of Face is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients at our Loudonville, NY location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
• Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Schedule:

• Mondays - 9am - 5pm EST
• Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm EST
• Thursdays - 1pm - 7pm EST

Requirements

• Certification: Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel between our Glens Falls and Loudonville locations as needed.

Salary Description


$18.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
