At our regional repair facilities, we are seeking an experienced Collision Technician to be directly hired in to join our team of automotive professionals in Twinsburg, Ohio. You will play a crucial role in restoring semi-trucks that have been involved in collisions or accidents. 1st Shift, Collision Technician (8:30am-4:30pm) Collision Technician Pay Rate: $18-$24 per hour Collision Technician Job Duties

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic components
• Develop repair plans and execute the necessary steps to restore vehicles to their original state
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform various repair tasks, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of all repair projects
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of the repair process
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices

Collision Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the use of specialized tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• 5 years of collision repair experience
• Must provide your own basic auto tools
• Knowledge of aluminum welding
• Fiberglass experience (1 year preferred)
• Pressure washing and automotive painting (1 year preferred)
• Additional duties as assigned
