Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in bespoke bridal rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Sales Advisor to become an integral part of our Bleecker Street team. In this role, you will be specializing in selling Fine Jewelry and responsible for delivering an unparalleled client experience, fostering relationships, and driving sales through your expertise and passion for fine jewelry. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask, foster authentic relationships through clienteling and elevated service and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the upcoming peak selling season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating meaningful customer connections, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping experiences.

You will also support day-to-day store operations, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals. Flexibility and reliability are important, as seasonal associates will help support increased traffic, events, promotions, weekends, and other key moments throughout the season.

Hourly Pay Range: $21– $23. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Engage customers through authentic conversation, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Build product knowledge to confidently educate customers and share the brand story.
• Provide thoughtful service throughout the customer journey, from initial engagement through checkout.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

Support Sales & Store Goals

• Proactively engage customers and contribute to daily sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to educate, recommend, and enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Stay engaged and productive during both peak and slower periods.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to support overall store performance.

Support Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Assist with replenishment, inventory, shipment processing, and other daily operational tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow brand standards and company procedures to ensure a consistent store experience.

Be a Reliable Team Member

• Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality throughout the seasonal assignment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support changing business needs.
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for both customers and teammates.

Position Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
