At an estimated 793,555 registered voters across the state, Gen-Z has the power to determine the outcomes of these elections – but only if we get organized now.What Will You Do?The Operations Associate will be the on-the-ground eyes-and-ears for the operations team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This includes running point on supply delivery, event coordination, and strategic logistical insight.Responsibilities Include:Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teamsProvide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and the collar counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester)Inventory and distribute suppliesHelp coordinate staff travel and logistics, including hotel, flight, car, and per diem requestsOther responsibilities as assigned by the Operations DirectorThe Operations Associate should also be prepared to periodically provide assistance to the organizing teams' Voter Registration effortsWho Are You?You're a strong fit if you:Can balance multiple priorities at onceAre ready to pivot as priorities and directives change in real-timeWant a job that aligns with your civic priorities and provides a service to your communityIn short, the operations team is successful when we've set our peers up to be successful!Position Details & Requirements:The Operations Associate will report to the Operations DirectorMust reside in Philadelphia or one of the collar counties (Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester)Must have a car and a driver's licenseCompensation for this role is $25 per hour and includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend and a technology stipend.During key mobilization periods, staff will observe PTO blackout dates.
