Job Description Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Neuroradiologist to join a team of fellowship‑trained, CAQ‑certified Neuroradiologists and two Interventional Neuroradiologists. We operate on a hybrid‑subspecialty model, allowing our physicians to self‑select a personalized level of Neuro sub‑specialization—from a pure Neuroradiology position to a hybrid General‑Neuro role. Flexible work arrangements: onsite, hybrid, or remote teleradiology. Multiple scheduling models available to fit your lifestyle (7 on/7 off, Monday‑Friday with weekend commitments). Daily caseload is reasonable and manageable, consisting primarily of cross‑sectional imaging studies with only occasional plain films (e.g., for valve settings). Case complexity is moderate and typical for a community‑based health system. Productivity supported by a strong volume of outpatient MRI cases, offering consistently high RVU generation. No procedures required. Opportunities to read non‑neuro cases or participate in moonlighting for additional compensation. Onsite radiology residency program offers opportunities for teaching and academic engagement. One‑year partnership track. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts Board‑Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) Residency‑Trained, ACGME‑Accredited Radiology Program Fellowship‑Trained, Neuroradiology CAQ in Neuroradiology (or eligible to obtain CAQ within 1 year of employment) Compensation The salary range for this position is $400,000‑$650,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
