Project Manager Project Manager 8-12 years of experience Validate that the iterative delivery process and methodology rules are followed. Removing obstacles that impede the iterative delivery process. Validating that everyone understands the delivery approach and ensures the team and stakeholders are aligned on the next steps following that delivery approach. Facilitate iterative delivery communications events (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospective etc.). Facilitate decisions regarding the product and helps resolve team issues (i.e., understanding forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning principles) Validate that all team members are actively participating. Validate communications to and between the teams are clear, concise, and well understood; seeks clarification from customer product owner or other stakeholders as needed. Coordinate with agile portfolio delivery coordinator and scrum masters with any impediments and dependencies Working closely with business customers and technical teams to understand Tools environment. Collecting & documenting existing automation tools environment details. Working closely with automation tools consultant for assessment report preparation. Documenting workshop sessions discussions, responses, data, best practices Support in documenting playback session report Support to validate data points, Benchmarking against industry trend etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
