Shoes For Crews Sales ManagerSupport the Mission, Vision, and Culture at Shoes For Crews by managing retention and maximizing revenue with assigned customers within the QSR & Casual Dining portfolio.Essential Job Functions:Maintain and grow existing customer base while prospecting for new business opportunities within assigned accountsGrow portfolio year over year by increasing program participation, upselling and cross sellingUnderstand the slip and fall experience within each account to sell in solutions that achieve volume and revenue growth profitablyDevelop and implement marketing strategy to ensure customer satisfaction, drive growth of existing business, drive growth of low performing accounts, reactivating inactive accounts and adding incremental revenueDevelop relationships with all departments that interact with the SFC program including Safety, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Operations, Human Resources – C-suite down to end usersKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Develop and expand relationships within key accountsImplement account planning and manage portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and penetration objectivesManage contract and RFP renewalsStrong capability to forecast salesAttend strategic customer meetings, quarterly business reviews and attendance at trade shows, annual industry conferences as neededAttend client events, networking functions, golf tournaments, industry events, and client-sponsored activities to build and strengthen customer relationships, promote the company's brand, and identify business opportunities.Minimum Requirements:Current valid driver's license with a safe driving recordThe ability to work a full-time scheduleUp to 50% travel on a monthly basisAttend client events, networking functions, and golf tournaments to build and strengthen customer relationships.Represent the company at industry events and client-sponsored activities.Skills and Abilities:5 + years in B2B sales with enterprise account and QSR/Casual Dining restaurant vertical experience preferredBusiness acumen and understanding of multi-unit restaurant operations, franchise structures, and food service purchasing and procurement processes preferredDemonstrates excellence with customerProven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate growth opportunities virtually, on the phone and in personSuccessful negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAccurate and professional written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail, organizational and planning skillsDriven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectivesProficient in Microsoft office software, and ability to use company CRMEducation:High School diploma requiredBachelor's degree or some college preferredShoes For Crews is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
