Our team of healthcare professionals are dedicated to designing a plan of care for your loved one to return home as quickly and safely as possible.We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading our team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nurses in providing high-quality patient care. You will be expected to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance and support to your team members.Responsibilities:Arrive to shift on time and complete CNA's assignment for the shift on the binder and on the boardReview 24-hour report with charge nurse from the previous shift and complete monthly summary assigned for shiftConduct room rounds with off-going nurse and ensure CNA's documentation on ADLs and meal intake is completed before end of shiftComplete skin assessment assigned for shift and ensure all shower sheets are turned in to you and reviewed before end of shiftComplete all MDS charting, Skilled charting, changes in condition and/or new orders or treatments received for specific residents in their chartsComplete incident report if any occur during shift and submit paperwork to unit manager or slide under DON's doorComplete lab inquiries and noted on lab log for any new orders or any labs received (log them in)Requirements:0 years of experience in healthcare industryWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package (to be discussed)If you are a motivated and dedicated healthcare professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this Charge Nurse position.
