Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant

Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant with deep experience across client reporting operations, regulatory reporting obligations, statement production, trade confirms, and mailing operations within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Support and optimize client reporting operations across statements, confirms, regulatory mailings, and e-delivery processes
Manage and improve workflows related to monthly/quarterly statements, trade confirms, inserts, and mailing production schedules
Support regulatory reporting obligations, mailing timelines, and delivery requirements
Build and/or help structure client reporting operational teams and workflows
Develop and document procedures, controls, and end-to-end operational processes
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
Partner with technology, operations, compliance, product, and business stakeholders on reporting initiatives

Requirements

10+ years of experience within Client Reporting Operations
Strong experience with:

Client Statements
Trade Confirms
Regulatory Mailings
E-Delivery
Mailing Production Operations

Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, delivery timelines, and operational controls
Experience building or structuring client reporting teams and operating models
Strong process improvement, exception management, and quality control experience
Experience within financial services, investment management, or wealth management environments
Experience with automation or workflow tools preferred
Strong analytical, process design, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
