Job Description Midwest Compounders Pharmacy (MWC) is a growing 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy specializing in GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and functional medicine. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and personalized care to both patients and providers in a highly regulated healthcare environment. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates with professionalism and empathy, and takes ownership of resolving issues from start to finish. This is not a typical call center role — you will play an important part in protecting provider relationships, supporting patient care, and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Demonstrated experience in infusion therapy or infusion nursing; experience with GLP-1 infusion or functional medicine infusion is a significant plus Proven ability to supervise and hold accountable multi-disciplinary teams across different functional roles Strong HR and personnel management skills, including performance management, corrective action, and documentation Ability to enforce policies and procedures consistently and professionally Ability to commute to / relocate to Lenexa, KS 66215 Strongly Preferred Qualifications BSN or higher nursing degree; healthcare administration credential or MBA a plus Prior experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or other regulated healthcare environment Familiarity with GLP-1, BHRT, or compounding pharmacy operations a plus Experience managing staff across multiple departments or functional areas simultaneously Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving processes Key Attributes Compliance-forward — defaults to regulatory adherence in all decision‑making Operationally driven — thrives on building and optimizing systems, workflows, and teams Self‑starter — does not require constant direction; proactively identifies and solves problems Clinically credentialed — brings RN or NP credential and infusion experience that lends credibility and context across all pharmacy departments Accountable — owns outcomes, escalates appropriately, does not deflect Positive energy — leads by example with a solution‑oriented, team‑first approach Process builder — creates structure where none exists; documents as standard practice Patient safety‑oriented — understands that operational discipline, compliance, and quality assurance in a compounding pharmacy are inseparable from the quality of care patients receive Work Location & Logistics Full-time on‑site position — Lenexa, KS 66215 Day shift; flexibility to support staggered and/or weekend shifts as operational needs require Must be local prior to starting work (within a one‑hour daily commute to Lenexa, KS 66215) #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
