What We Seek:

Proven General Manager Experience: Your expertise is essential (2-4 years exp).
Owner Relations Excellence: Cultivate strong, successful partnerships.
Team Development: Build and inspire dynamic teams.
Opening Experience: A Plus
Business, Sales and Financial Acumen Required
F&B Experience: A valuable advantage.
Local Market Knowledge: Preferred.

Your Role:

Comprehensive Operations Oversight: Utilize your extensive knowledge in all phases of hotel management, including sales, marketing, HR, and beyond.
Visionary Leadership: Provide the inspiration, strategy, and leadership to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.
Innovative Execution: Drive results with successful sales and marketing campaigns, dynamic revenue management, and robust financial controls.
