Food Runner Rate: $17.13 + Tips Position: Part-Time Reports to: Floor Manager / General Manager Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Food Runner to join our opening team at Noii. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room, delivering dishes with precision, warmth, and a sense of hospitality. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, efficient, and committed to enhancing the guest experience through excellent service and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables. Present dishes with knowledge of ingredients when appropriate, elevating the guest experience. Assist servers by clearing plates, resetting tables, and refilling beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas. Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow. Support team members during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Qualifications Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or similar role preferred but not required. Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room with ease. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Friendly, positive demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
