Frontmatec is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers with Frontmatec equipment. You will take SOS calls, provide 24/7 support, ensure health and safety standards on site and in the factory, assist startups or upgrades, and program electrical updates.
