Managers also foster a high-performance and fulfilling team environment that drives the collaboration our projects thrive on to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and exceeds client expectations. Some travel is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.Essential Functions:Coordinates and supervises work on emergency water, smoke, and fire damage calls to assess damage to property and provide assistance including but not limited to removal of all affected building materialsCoordinates and supervises work including demolition and clean upOversee the setup of fans & dehumidifiers and other equipment to mitigate the lossSupervises the field technician in emergency services dutiesLoads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areasDrives and operates a company vehicle equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work sitePerform emergency extraction of water from various surfaces with truck-mounted or portable equipmentPerforms basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material sprays fungicides and other materialsProvides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care, and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leaderCommunicate effectively with clients and managementSupervise and evaluate employeesOther duties as assignedTechnical Skills:Proficient knowledge of web-based software platformsUtilize phone or tablet to upload documentation of loss with photographs and written descriptionMicrosoft Excel and Outlook are a plus, but not requiredEducation and Experience Requirements:Two or more years in a leadership roleTwo or more years of restoration industry experienceConsistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basisIICRC Certifications PreferredValid Driving License and pass a MVR checkMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a drug screenSalary: 60,000-70,000 plus uncapped commissionBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceHSA and FSAUnlimited PTOCompany paid sick time6 Company paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday401k with up to 4% company matchWeekly pay
