We're partnering with an innovative global technology company to find an experienced GTM Recruiter who will play a critical role in scaling North America's revenue organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) positions, including:
  • Account Executives (New Business & Enterprise)
  • Solutions Engineers / Sales Engineers
  • Other revenue-generating commercial roles
• Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and VP-level leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by leveraging hiring data, market intelligence, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through creative sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent communities.
• Manage complex offer negotiations involving base salary, on-target earnings (OTE), and equity compensation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple high-priority searches across the United States.
• Utilize modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Forecast hiring timelines, monitor recruiting metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Proven success recruiting:
  • Account Executives
  • Enterprise Sales Representatives
  • Solutions Engineers / Pre-Sales Engineers
• Experience partnering directly with executive-level hiring managers (Senior Manager through VP level).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Sales compensation plans
  • OTE structures
  • Commission plans
  • Equity (RSU) negotiations
• Data-driven recruiting approach with experience analyzing recruiting funnels, forecasting hiring timelines, and reporting recruiting metrics.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload in a fully remote environment spanning multiple U.S. time zones.
