Client Services Analyst

Job Description
- Deliver high-quality client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes.
- Analyze client accounts and provide insights to support their financial goals and needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using internal systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing client reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the banking and financial services department.

The Successful Applicant
- A background in financial services, with a focus on client support or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry regulations and standards.
