Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Proactively acquire new business through both warm and cold leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage
• Explain products, coverage options, and policy features clearly and confidently
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
