Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Essential responsibilities:

• Secure and tarpaulin freight, conduct comprehensive pre/post-trip equipment inspections, and document conditions.
• Use ELD/GPS for route planning and maintain clear communication with dispatch to meet schedules.
• Address on-road issues and report maintenance needs promptly.

Join a 1-year lease-to-own program driving 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment with pay at 80% of gross (weekly gross avg $7,500–$10,000). Drivers also receive pet & rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, equipment inspection systems, and a 90-day test drive.
