CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and people-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships, and developing their professional skills.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and support
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and generate new business
Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries
Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and positive personality
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
