Leasing Consultant

Leasing Superstars – Fort Worth Communities Summit Property Management is hiring Leasing Superstars across all Fort Worth communities. Responsibilities Contact prospects and provide information about the community. Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/models. Utilize CRM-Knock to generate and maximize traffic. Verify apartment availability and pricing accuracy. Assist prospects in applying online. Coordinate with onsite teams and set tour routes. Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments. Partner with the Marketing team on all marketing initiatives. Complete market surveys. Complete monthly training. Perform all duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college-level education preferred. 1+ years of on-site leasing experience. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Possesses a superior customer service attitude. Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. One‑Site experience preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Physical Demands The job is predominantly sedentary but requires mobility (e.g., climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. It involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods and stooping for brief periods. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
