Fierce45 is a woman-owned and operated high-intensity Pilates studio with locations in Colorado and our newest studio in Mt. Kisco, New York. We believe there is a badass in all of us! By prioritizing community and challenge, we offer a uniquely personal fitness experience focusing on both physical and mental wellness. Our purpose is to help our clients reconnect to their own inner fierceness (and have fun doing it!) by embracing a fierce body, mind, and spirit in and out of the studio. Join our community today! Our FierceFormer® and FierceMovement® methodology have been intentionally developed in conjunction so that our workout is low-impact on your joints but high-intensity on your muscles. Because of this, as a Fierce45 Coach, we will teach you to be muscle‑engagement focused, alignment savvy, and FierceMovement-trained to the fullest. Upon successful completion of your training, you will have a plethora of resources and support to create your own class playlists and lead clients through a 45‑minute, full‑body, small group, high‑intensity Pilates class that follows our specific format and is Hard. Every. Time. As a Fierce Coach, you will create an authentic connection by engaging positively with each client before and after class, as well as supporting and encouraging them throughout the entirety of their workout. You will embolden each client to reach their personal best and feel their most successful by offering adjustments, up‑levels, motivation, and praise. You will prioritize community by sharing your intention, encouraging clients to do the same, and celebrating both Fierce and personal milestones. We also encourage you to bring your personality to your coaching, be yourself, and have fun with it! Ultimately, our community is so successful because each person feels comfortable walking into the studio as exactly who they are. Your role as a face of Fierce45 is to recognize that each class is an opportunity to turn someone's day around. Job Purpose, Duties, and Expectations: Lead a small group, high‑intensity Pilates class that follows a standardized class format and guidelines in accordance with FierceMovement® methodology. Uphold professionalism and Fierce45's standards and Core Values of Community, Positivity, and Challenge both in and out of the studio. Follow FierceMovement® standards and best practices and commit to staying informed and knowledgeable on all FierceMovement® updates. Create fresh and energetic playlists to motivate clients and develop class routines that follow the FierceMovement® method. Ensure proficient use of musicality in classes and count on the beat of the music. Demonstrate proficiency with Fierce45's scheduling and POS system, MarianaTek, as well as all other Fierce45 processes, procedures, and policies. Check in clients prior to the start of class and ensure check‑in procedures are followed. Ensure studios are presentable and safe for our clients by resetting the studio after each class. Perform studio opening and closing procedures as required based on the start and end times of scheduled class. Ensure that all Fierce45 policies and procedures are adhered to. Establish and maintain Community with Fierce45 clients by interacting, engaging, and creating a welcoming and safe environment. Oversee retail merchandising and display tidiness. Provide teammates and management with feedback and growth opportunities on an ongoing basis. Attend mandatory Fierce45 company trainings and meetings that may be outside of scheduled class times. Take Fierce45 classes on a regular basis to grow as a coach and support your teammates and the Fierce Community. Report to Studio Manager and work hand‑in‑hand to ensure all clients are supported. Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to coach a minimum of 7 classes per pay period between all Fierce45 studios. Availability to coach early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to assist with Coach sub requests as needed, or as required by Studio Managers. Ability to coach at a minimum of two Fierce45 studio locations (where applicable). Prior group fitness experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to demonstrate the FierceMovement® methodology and lead a 45‑minute high‑intensity class. Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date). What You Bring: A positive, inspiring, and upbeat energy to motivate and inspire clients. Compensation and Benefits: This is a part‑time, non‑exempt, hourly position. Pay range: $32‑$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level. The bottom of the range will be at or above the applicable New York Downstate minimum wage in effect at hire ($17/hour for 2026). Pay frequency: Weekly, in compliance with NY Labor Law § 191 manual‑worker requirements. Privates are paid as separate events at the following rates: Single $60, Duet $90, Trio $100, Full Buy‑out $120. Free unlimited Fierce45 membership (subject to coaching a minimum of 7 classes per pay period). Friends & Family Membership discounts. Retail discount on Fierce‑branded items. Paid sick and safe leave under the New York State Paid Sick Leave Law (1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per calendar year). Paid prenatal leave (20 hours per 52‑week period) under New York Labor Law § 196‑b.4‑a. Eligibility for New York State Paid Family Leave (PFL) after meeting statutory eligibility thresholds.
