Position Overview WCF Insurance is evolving its brand as we expand across the Mountain West and broaden beyond workers' compensation into additional commercial lines. The WCF Brand Designer brings that brand to life, translating our positioning and voice into consistent, high-quality visual work across every channel and audience. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and wants ownership of how a respected, century-old brand looks and feels as it grows. The designer works closely with the marketing and strategy team to support campaigns, partnerships, and day-to-day creative needs. This is a full-time, exempt position based out of the Sandy, Utah headquarters reporting to the VP, Marketing and Strategy. This position is a hybrid position requiring in office work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after training. During training, full time in office is required. Responsibilities · Design and produce brand-aligned assets across digital, print, social, web, and presentation formats, maintaining a consistent look and feel as the brand scales across lines and geographies. · Steward and extend the WCF brand system (typography, color, logo usage, templates, and visual standards) keeping the brand cohesive across internal and external touchpoints. · Develop creative for marketing campaigns, sponsorship and partnership activations, and policyholder- and agent-facing communications. · Support content and multimedia production, including social graphics, short-form video, and motion assets, in coordination with the communications team. · Build polished executive and sales presentation materials that translate strategy into clear, compelling visuals. · Partner with marketing leadership to bring brand positioning and messaging to life, contributing creative input from concept through execution. · Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing quick-turn requests against larger brand initiatives. · Help maintain digital asset organization and ensure brand materials are accessible and current across teams and vendor partners. Qualifications The most qualified Brand Designer candidate will have: · Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite · Familiarity with AI enabled design applications · At least two years of experience in graphic design · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Ability to prioritize work effectively under deadline-driven and high-visibility conditions · Work collaboratively with team members to support marketing and communication goals · Please submit a link to recent work demonstrating brand systems, presentation design, and multi-channel campaign work Position Locations WCF Sandy Benefits WCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is 69,400.00-86,700.00. This salary range depends on experience, education, and location for this specific position.
