Description

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to standardized recipes and procedures.

Provide friendly and efficient service, engaging with guests and making recommendations when appropriate.

All transactions must be documented on our point-of-sale software.

Keep the bar well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, club, or hotel.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.

Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a busy environment.

Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices and related laws.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic math skills.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
