• Join an established primary care team with multiple physicians and APPs
• Adult-only patient population
• Outpatient-only practice
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00a-5:00p
• Five-day work week
• See approximately 20-24 patients per day
• Access to an established immediate care center for patient referrals
• Rotating phone call only
  • Very light call volume
  • Nurse triage line manages calls
  • Providers contacted only for urgent or severe issues
• Athena EMR
• 3+ years of post-training experience required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
