Documentation Control Administrator II

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Documentation Control Administrator II to manage and maintain production documents, coordinate change control processes, and maintain compliance systems for the Specialty Diagnostic Group in Middletown, Virginia. The role involves document creation, ERP system management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, control, and maintain production documents, test documents, and labeling in various systems
• Coordinate change notifications and route document changes through Master Control
• Assign and configure new part numbers in Master Control and SAP systems
• Maintain spreadsheets and Smartsheet records related to change control processes
• Conduct training on change order and management of change procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years documentation control or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Outlook
• Strong proofreading, editing, and typing skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $16.95–$25.42 hourly
