Incident Manager - AI Cloud & HPC

Crusoe is hiring an Incident Manager in San Francisco, CA, to uphold service reliability and customer trust. You will lead high-visibility incident responses, coordinate across engineering and product teams, and develop robust incident processes to minimize downtime. The role requires 4-5 years of customer-facing experience, strong Linux knowledge, and excellent communication.
