O9 Consultant with Supply Planning Lead - 8+ Years

An o9 consultant designs, implements, and supports supply chain planning solutions using the o9 Solutions Digital Brain platform. The role focuses on improving demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Gather business requirements from supply chain, planning, and operations teams.
• Configure and implement o9 Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
• Build forecasting models, planning hierarchies, and supply plans.
• Design and support S&OP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes.
• Configure KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Perform data mapping, integration testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend process improvements.

3 8+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
Hands-on experience with o9 Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP / IBP, Production Planning, Supply Chain Analytics.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

End-to-end o9 implementation experience.
Experience integrating o9 with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL tools, or cloud platforms.
Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or High-Tech industries.
