Why You'll Love This Opportunity Flexible part-time schedule Beautiful private country club spa environment Loyal membership clientele Supportive, hospitality-focused team Opportunity to utilize a variety of massage techniques Clean, relaxing, and professional workspace Work with a wellness program focused on exceptional member experiences Responsibilities As a Massage Therapist, you will: Provide customized massage therapy treatments based on each client's individual needs Perform a variety of massage modalities including: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Sports Massage Reflexology Hot Stone Therapy Conduct client consultations and wellness assessments Develop personalized treatment recommendations Educate clients on stretching, wellness practices, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and confidential treatment documentation Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and welcoming Follow all sanitation, safety, and professional standards Collaborate with the wellness and hospitality team to deliver an outstanding member experience Qualifications Required Active Florida Massage Therapy License Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Passion for wellness and helping others Ability to work flexible weekdays and rotating weekends Preferred 3+ years of professional massage therapy experience Experience performing multiple massage modalities CPR and First Aid Certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout scheduled treatments Perform repetitive massage techniques using hands, wrists, and arms Apply sustained therapeutic pressure during treatments Lift or move up to 25 pounds when necessary Additional Requirements Active professional liability insurance (employer listed as certificate holder) Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Specialty certifications are a plus Why Avila Golf & Country Club?
