Job Category: Professional Student Services Requisition Number: RECRE017558 Position: Recreational Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Columbus Youth Academy 9502 E Columbus Dr Tampa, FL 33619, USA Salary: $50,000 USD per year Responsibilities As a member of the Student Services Department, the Recreational Manager will provide daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive for youth. The role reports to the Clinical Director and includes scheduling staff, supervising programs, ensuring safety, and collaborating with treatment teams. Qualifications BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in recreational or therapeutic settings. Knowledge of Positive Operation Culture and therapeutic approaches. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire staff and students. Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
