Our organization is in search of a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join our physician-led medical team, providing care at our modern office and surgical center in Pleasant Prairie, as well as at the Aurora Medical Center located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

• Full-time opportunity for a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
• Practice in a state-of-the-art physician office building and surgical center in Pleasant Prairie; hospital procedures will be conducted at the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, which is an 80-bed full-service facility.
• Become an integral part of an integrated program within our Plastic Surgery Department, benefiting from the support of a dedicated Plastic Surgery Service line.
• Engage with collaborative partners across Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois who regularly convene to discuss patient quality and service outcomes.
• Enjoy the chance to perform a comprehensive range of plastic surgery procedures, including microsurgery, breast reconstruction, skin grafting, flaps, and wound care, along with some cosmetic procedures, though this is not primarily a cosmetic practice.
• Work alongside a supportive and committed team of RNs and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).
• Benefit from a strong referral network stemming from multi-specialty clinics and surrounding communities.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
• Take advantage of DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, which streamlines workflows by generating draft patient notes for easy review and editing.
• Experience a work environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.
• Starting salary ranges from $638,093 to $638,094.
• Eligible for a sign-on bonus.

• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• A fellowship in microsurgery/microvascular surgery is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in microsurgery and microvascular reconstruction is essential for this role.
