Medical Surgical ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Medical Surgical ICU team. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care, maintain clinical excellence, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Medical Surgical ICU within an acute care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate patient-centered care in the Medical Surgical ICU.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
• Uphold all standards of care, safety regulations, and hospital policies.
• Participate in continuing education and performance improvement initiatives.
