We're seeking an experienced project management professional to lead and support various capital projects that drive facility improvements and operational capacity. Location & Work Arrangement This position is based full-time onsite. Daily presence is required to effectively coordinate with facility operations, contractors, and stakeholders. The Role As a Projects Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of capital improvement projects in a range of spaces including regulated GMP environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support execution of various capital projects from initiation through completion Coordinate with facility operations, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to ensure minimal disruption to 24/7 operations Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deliverables Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards Interface with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle Facilitate design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities as required Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders Support change management processes and documentation requirements Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr IFMA Boston
