We are seeking an experienced and friendly Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have dental office experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping patients receive outstanding care, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements:

• Dental office experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Schedule:

Monday Thursday:

• 6:30 AM 3:30 PM or
• 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.

Friday:

• 7:30 AM 2:00 PM.

No weekends!
